This is a support group for people of all ages who self-injure or are in recovery and friends and family of those who self-injure. We are a confidential, all accepting, non-judgemental group. We meet once a month at various locations around Seattle (usually in library meeting rooms). We discuss many topics relating to self-injury and depression. I like to incorporate dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills as well. Activities also vary from park meets to movie and game nights.
